Mobility City

Extremely impressed with Mobility City from the very first phone call through delivery and setup of a special order bed and mattress for my MIL. Zac was great to work with and went out of his way to research options for the special features that were required. Excellent communications and was very quick to reply. One of the extra challenges was getting the bed in a short window of time that was further complicated with shipping around Christmas but his follow-up and extra effort resulted in the bed arriving by the time my MIL was transferred to the Assisted Living facility. The Mobility City delivery and setup team did a great job with the bed setup. They were courteous, polite, and certainly left a very good impression on me. It was a pleasure doing business with Mobility City and I would certainly recommend them.

Went in to get my mom's 3 wheel scooter looked at....front wheel had issue. They got her all fixed up and didn't even charge her anything. They were very nice and helpful. So if you need help with mobile products go see them!!!

I can’t express enough how much we appreciate this store and the owners. Bryan and his wife are so knowledgeable about their products, and go the extra mile to take care of their customers. We just purchased an electric wheelchair and couldn’t be more pleased.There was a slight issue that Bryan worked out to perfection. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with them. About three months ago we purchased two lift chairs from them which we love and if we have a need for something else in the future we will definitely go there. We would highly recommend this store.

I called mobility city to inquire about a go chair. I talked to Tiffany. She answered all my questions. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. We drove in to pick up the chair. Everyone was helpful and so pleasant. I am so glad to have bought my chair from them. It was a great experience with great people. They know how to service their customers. I highly recommend Mobility City. I love my new chair.

Needed to purchase a lift chair for my mother in law. The staff at Mobility City went above and beyond! They showed me all options, did not push the most expensive model. They definitely cared about all aspects of my situation and gave options for the best fit for me price-wise and needs-wise. They were so friendly! AND they delivered!! I highly recommend them for any senior needs.
